ELIA Fitness Session 1 – HITT – 6:30 am

High intensity interval training, really gets your pumping in the morning, ready to take the day of Big Camp ahead.
Intensity can be turned down to Medium…. as this is the first day after all.

The session will last 30 minutes. All fitness levels will be catered for.
