Bio – Pr David Garrard has been involved with ATSIM (Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Ministries) for 30 years. He has a passion for connecting Indigenous people to Jesus and nurturing their discipleship pathway. He has been involved with starting several grassroot ministry including DreamTrack for ‘at risk Indigenous young people. David served as the Principal of Mamarapha College for the past six years and is currently ministering in the SQ Conference. David is married to Beryl, a Wanyi and Barada Barna woman. They have three grown sons and seven grandchildren.
