25+ Tent Keynote Speaker

Pr Abner Campos
Born of Latin American immigrants and having lived in many environments with diverse groups of people, he is able to reach across ages, stages, and cultural groups to clearly communicate the love of God.
With a keen eye on the biblical text, Abner helps congregations grapple with the Word of God in the world of God. Recognizing the great challenges of the Christian experience, he aims to lift our gaze to the Risen Christ in the power of Spirit who works among us today.
Thanks to Adventist education and thoughtful mentors, Abner gave his life to Christ in high school. Later, he studied theology at Union Adventist University (2017) and received his MDiv at Andrews University (2021).
Now, Abner seeks to activate the local church to herald the gospel, forge relationships, shape character, and serve its’ community.
Abner and Debbie live in the cultural heart of the United States’ beautiful Pacific Northwest, Seattle, WA. When she’s not working, you can find Debbie curating her Spotify playlist whilst looking up the best eateries and coffee shops. Together they are building a life with their daughter Adelina.

"Who Told You?” The Voice that Shapes You
In a world filled with competing voices, how do you discern God’s truth from the noise? This interactive session will guide you through the process of exploring the beliefs that shape your faith, using the powerful question, “Who told you that?” Together, we'll delve into Scripture, reflect on personal experiences, and identify the influences that may be distorting your understanding of God’s love.
Through engaging discussions and practical activities, you’ll learn how to reframe your beliefs, embrace God's empowering voice, and choose life over fear. Whether you're struggling with shame, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to deepen your faith, this workshop offers tools rooted in Scripture and designed for everyday life.
Rodney Reynders – Workshop Facilitator
Rodney Reynders is a passionate communicator, life coach, and student of counselling and psychology, with a heart for helping people rediscover truth, purpose, and healing through faith. With a powerful personal story of transformation from surviving life on the streets to earning an MBA and pursuing a double major in Psychology and Counselling, Rodney brings depth, relatability, and lived wisdom to every space he enters.
Whether he’s speaking on emotional resilience, spiritual identity, or overcoming internal battles, Rodney’s message is clear: God meets us in our mess, not with condemnation, but with a question “Who told you?” inviting us back to truth.
Tuesday
Still Standing Part 1 - What echoes in adversity shapes eternity
In this four-part panel series, you’ll hear unfiltered stories of faith—tested and refined in the face of life’s most unexpected and painful turns. These aren’t presentations—they’re honest, vulnerable conversations with people who have walked through grief, trauma, and loss, and emerged with a faith that still speaks.
Though our panellists are everyday people, they’ve become experts in a field they never would have chosen- navigating faith through the darkest valley—and they remain united in one powerful truth: God is still good.
Hosted by Ray and Mel, each session invites you into deep, authentic dialogue about pain, purpose, and the presence of God in the midst of it all.
Come with your questions, come with an open heart- and see what God speaks directly to you through these interactive sessions.
Mel Burrett (Workshop Cohost)
Mel currently serves as the Chaplain at Gold Coast Christian College while completing her Master of Ministry through Avondale University. A devoted wife and mother of four, Mel is passionate about revealing Jesus in her home, her college community, her church and wherever God leads beyond those spaces. Over the years, Mel has faithfully contributed across a range of ministry roles, bringing wholehearted dedication and a contagious joy along with her.
Ray Moaga (Workshop Cohost)
Ray Moaga is widely known as a 'cultural architect' - a creator of spaces where people feel safe, have a sense of belonging and can contribute in a positive and meaningful way.
He currently serves as a chaplain to the Australian Army reserves, NRL Dolphins, Netball Queensland and the Queensland Firebirds, and also is a leadership consultant in the corporate industry.
Ray's experience as a church minister, high school teacher and community leader for over 15 years has given him a unique ability to connect and engage with audiences from all walks of life. His greatest achievements include being married to Chantal for 14 years and together they have three daughters. When Ray is not working he enjoys staying active playing sport, going to the gym, visiting theme parks with his family and serving in his local church.
