Bio - Pr David Garrard has been involved with ATSIM for 30 years. He has a passion for connecting Indigenous people to Jesus and nurturing their discipleship pathway. He has been involved with starting several grassroot ministry including DreamTrack for ‘at risk Indigenous young people. David served as the Principal of Mamarapha College for the past six years and is currently ministering in the SQ Conference. David is married to Beryl, a Wanyi and Barada Barna woman. They have three grown sons and seven grandchildren.

Quintin Betteridge is the lead pastor at Kingscliff Church. He will be presenting a thought-provoking seminar called, How to share when they don’t care. Discover practical tips and strategies to connect with those who seem indifferent to faith, and learn how to share your faith with others in a secular post-christian world.

Jess is a digital and social media marketer based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, and is the founder of JES Solution Marketing (also known as JSM). Her team specialise in paid ads, including Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads, for service-based and e-commerce businesses. Over the last six years, Jess has worked with hundreds of businesses throughout Australia and internationally scaling their businesses through strategic ads that convert. When Jess isn't working on JSM, you'll find her socialising with friends, hanging out with her husband, Bryson, and their golden retriever, Teddy, and running their loungewear brand, Without Reason the Label.

Jess will be sharing content ideas which you can create for your church to reach new people and build community through Instagram. From optimising your church Instagram account to make it easier for people to find you to how to repurpose your content to maximise time – this practical workshop will leave you feeling inspired with steps to put into action straight away!

Sylvia is a pastor currently serving as Women’s Ministries Director, and overseeing Seeds of Faith and The Worship Project for the Australian Union Conference. She’s passionate about authentic relationships and creating safe spaces where connection and stories can be shared. She loves God and having experienced His transforming grace in her life is inspired to see this reality in the lives of others. When she isn’t with people, you will find her writing or reading.

If you were to describe worship, what words would you use? Often our understanding is limited and we struggle to explain worship; what it is and why we do it. At this workshop we will take a look at Scripture to see how worship is described and then discuss the practical application for each of us today.  The question we want to answer once we have a bigger picture of worship is "how do we incorporate a rhythm of worship into our everyday lives?"
