Literature Ministry engages church members in sharing the hope of the Gospel with those in their sphere of influence, individually and corporately.

Literature Evangelists are self-employed missionary men and women who share Adventist resources through a variety of creative and professional methods to spread the Gospel and prepare people for the soon return of Jesus Christ. Literature Evangelists (Independent Book Distributors) connect with people in their local communities every day, visiting homes, schools, workplaces, and community events, building relationships and sharing messages of hope. Combining the personal touch of their ministry with the silent witness of Adventist books, the work of the Literature Evangelist leaves a significant spiritual impact.
If you think God may be calling you to engage in this life-changing ministry, or if you are simply curious to know more, come talk to one of the Literature Evangelists in the expo hall, or contact Literature Ministry Coordinator Georgia Kenny via details below.

Experience sharing literature door-to-door on Wednesday 23rd of camp!
Meet at the LE hall at 1pm with a hat and water bottle, to join a team sharing small books door-to-door in the nearby community. You will find opportunities to pray with people, invite them to camp, and leave life-changing literature in their homes.

Come meet the LE director Georgia. Her journey into literature ministry started when she met Christ personally through the pages of The Desire of Ages as a 19 year old, and shortly after began handing out GLOW tracts which she picked up at her local church’s literature rack. She has been involved part-time as an LE since late 2017, then full-time from 2020 until being called into leadership in 2022. She has represented Jump Start LEs as part of the Australia & New Zealand Senior LE team for 5 years, helped pilot the first Youth Rush in Australia in 2021, and more recently accepted the call as Literature Ministry Coordinator within the South Queensland Conference. Her passion is to see more Adventist youth experience personal revival through literature ministry, and her favourite moments are God’s divine appointments with His lost sheep, evidenced by their softened hearts and tears of joy at the end of a visit from a literature evangelist.
